《园艺与文化》课程，是按照交大本科生教育目标而设置的公共选修课程。课程以“文化教育”为主线，通过介绍园艺文化的概念、内涵与实例，使学生掌握蔬菜文化、水果文化、花卉文化、茶文化、咖啡文化、竹文化等知识的基础上，学习园艺在文化上的体现形式和作用，中国传统和现代园艺文化，东西方在园艺文化上的差异和融合，学习园艺文化的一个新兴应用途径—园艺疗法等。通过该课程学习，使学生认识与日常生活密切相关的园艺文化的内涵、作用和意义，加深学生对东西方文化的理解和领悟，丰富学生的文化知识，提升个人素养，促进综合素质的全面发展。 Cultural education will be as the main line of this course《Horticulture and Culture》and it is mainly introduces the concept, meaning and cases of horticulture culture. students would be understand the performance form of horticulture in culture and application, recognizing the differences and integration of the East and the West on the horticulture culture, as well as understand a new application way of horticulture culture - horticultural therapy on the basis of grasp the basic knowledge of vegetable cultural, fruit culture, flower culture, tea culture, the coffee culture and bamboo culture. Through the study of this course, students would be comprehend the meaning and function of the horticulture culture which closely related to daily life, and will help students understand the difference between Eastern and Western in horticulture cultures, to enrich students' cultural knowledge, enhance the personal attributes, and promote the overall quality of all-round development.
