杨 力，1974年出生于南京市。1996年从苏州大学王健法学院本科毕业后，任职于江苏省高级人民法院、共青团江苏省委、江苏联盛律师事务所，期间在南京师范大学法学院获法学硕士、博士学位。2005年进入上海交通大学凯原法学院，2006年破格晋升副教授，2007-2008年挂职访问最高人民法院，2009年从中国政法大学博士后流动站出站。现为上海交通大学凯原法学院副教授、院长助理，2009年获“上海市曙光学者”称号。
主要研究领域为法社会学、司法制度、社会分层。已在《中国法学》、《法律科学》、《法商研究》、《政法论坛》、《法学家》、《政治与法律》等刊物发表论文60余篇，其中半数为CSSCI来源期刊论文，相当数量被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》、《高等学校文科学术文摘》、《人大复印资料》等转载；独著、合著论著7部；主持过省部级课题5项，参与教育部人文社会科学重大攻关项目、最高人民法院重点课题等4项；获过上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、上海市优秀教学成果三等奖及上海交通大学晨星奖励计划一等奖等。

Research Interest
He has been researching issues in the fields of Law and Society, Chinese Justice, Jurisprudence, etc. Recently my interests focus on Rural Operation System of Justice and the Development of Nomocracy from the Perspective of Stratum Division. His most important research achievements are in the cross field of Sociology of Law and Grass-root Legal system.
Achievement & Awards
During the past several years he published about over sixty articles on various law reviews in China. Most of research has been published in several top law reviews in China, including China Legal Science Journal, Law Science, Research of Law and Commerce, Jurisconsult，Politics and Law, People Judicature and Research of Case. Some of the articles were reprinted by the most influential digest periodicals in China, such as Xin Hua Digest, Chinese Social Science Digest and China University Academic Abstracts. In addition, he authors or co-authors of seven academic books.
He has participated in the modifying six law bills or judicial interpretation bills organized by Standing Committee of National Congress and Supreme Court of China. Now he is pushing the distinctive reform of legal professional education named as “Three-Three System” of SJTU.
He was awarded second-class prize presented by Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science, first prize of Phosphor Plan presented by SJTU, third prize of Palmary Youth Project presented by the Shanghai Law Society and the Excellent Paper Award granted by the China Law Society.
